In light of the unfolding COVID-19 events across the globe, our main concern is the well-being of our customers, the communities we serve, and Claremont Homes employees. We remain committed to our homeowners and will continue to review and assist with warranty matters submitted via our warranty website. However, due to the shelter-in-place order and social distancing requirements mandated by Contra Costa County, warranty appointments will be limited to essential emergency work only until further notice. Any delays in inspection or completion for non-essential warranty items will not impact your warranty coverage.
